Afternoon Teas Served in the Tea Room or on the boat

We ask that anyone with COVID, cold, cough or flu-like symptoms not to attend, but to postpone their visit for the safety of other guests, staff and ourselves.  We care for elderly & vulnerable parents & we ourselves are in the higher risk category.

To keep people safe we do allow cancellations up to 9.30am on the day if customers call & speak to us, 07808178081 or the main line 01606 853241

If you notify us in this way, deposits / gift vouchers may be transferred to a new booking up to 6 months from the date of cancellation.  Please be aware that although we are being extremely careful ourselves, limiting contact outside the tea room, there is always a chance that we too may have to close for our own health reasons or by Government instruction, and we will advise customers at our earliest convenience.

Please DO NOT leave a message on the answerphone or email as this may not be picked up until later in the day when all preparations for your afternoon tea has been made. This does not give us time to re-book the slot and does have a financial implication for us, so please consider this if you need to cancel that it is essential for health reasons.
